How much exercise is enough?!

I would say you should be exercising thirty min to an hour everyday whether it be riding a bike, playing sports, walking, running, etc. Or you can do a hard core workout every other day like running for and hour then lifting weights. But you do burn calories cleaning your house, dancing to music, just staying up and moving you would be surprised how many calories you burn doing all that stuff. Good Luck!

First of all you should be eating more than 1000 calories a day, your body needs nutrients in order for you have a good workout.

Well to be honest eat more calories you are just starving yourself eat about 1300-1400 a day. As far as yourworkout do about ten minutes of cardio before you workout it will get the blood flowing and help you burn those calories. After your cadio drink a cup of water then do your workout each set of what your doing do it 12 reps no more no less. Use all the weight that you can handle to where the 12th rep is nearly imposible take a 30 second break inbetween sets. Move to the next and work a big muscle group the a small example do a benchpress then a tricep exercise. Now only workout every second day as your muscles need that day inbetween to recover and repair. If you do it everyday you will never gain but get weaker slowly and get smaller. O n if you want drink a protien shake after your workouts it will help. Good Luck
