i'm a 16 year old girl, i weight 100lbs, 5'4''
I just started doing 100 bicycle crunches, and 50 reverse crunches a day.
my stomach looks like this,

my question is..
how long, and how fast should i walk/run on a treadmill for to lose the lil bit fat on my tummy,
so my muscles can actually show?
