Am I getting enough exercise?!


Question: Hey everyone! A Question about fitness...
I am a male in my mid twenties, and I lead a fairly seditary lifestyle. I sit for 10-12 hours a day due to work and school. I weigh about 74 Kilos (about 164 lbs) and I try to exercise on an exercise bike every weekday burning about 250 calories in a 30 min workout. I would like to lose 5 kilos or 10 lbs. I rarely eat junk food outside of about 1 candy bar a week and I don't drink soda. Is this enough exercise? Should I be doing more if I want to achive my goal in say 2 months?

Your doing really well, but in fact you are over exercising. People say the minimum is three times a week, so that your body can recover after the work out. Keep away from the junk, healthy eating is the key to your goal keep it up your doing grand. also because your using the bike which is aerobic exercise you could try to take up jogging or use a jump rope that is also good for endurance it can help burn calories.

Thats more exercise than 90% of people do so I think you're good.

DID U KNOW THAT U BURN CALORIES BY BREATHING? LOL MAYBE U SHOULD BREATH MORE. AND ALSO DID U NO THAT BREATHING 500 TIME BURNS 125 CAL. :]
