Im really hungry!!?!


Question: im trying to not eat as much as i useto but i am so hungry right now!! i keep gaining 3lbs every week then lose 2 every other week!! idk whats going on!! i weight 146 right now and im 5'5!! help

i think you should eat something that is going to fill you up, and keep you full for a long time. Eat some chicken with a salad. munch on some veggies....also, I would eat an apple if i were you.....im not big on fruit, but last year when i was dieting i got so hungry, and we had nothing to eat in the house, so i grabbed an apple and it made me full!!!

This is easy and it's a trap that most dieters fall in to. You think that you should be eating less to loose weight, but you should be doing the opposite. By eating less, your body is going in to conservation mode by slowing down your metabolism because it thinks you are trying to starve it, and you are!!! The hunger will tell you that. When your metabolism slows down your body puts down the food it does get as fat stores, hence the fact that you are up and down with your weight. You NEED to eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours, but smaller quantities. Preferably the same quantity at each meal. Drink at least 7-8 glasses of water a day. The less water you drink the more fluid you will have stored in your body. People think by cutting down on water they will cut down on the fluid intake in their bodies, but this couldn't be further from the truth. Once again the conservation mode is set in place because the body thinks that you are dehydrating it by not drinking as much water, so what does it do to conserve that little bit of water? It stores it for other vital functions until you start to re-hydrate it again. This is all information I have gathered through my studies.
