Stop eating, and burn a lot of calories.

Salad and low fat diet, and plenty of exercise.

its not healthy to lose wieght EXTREAMLY quick. consult a nutritionist.

Run and swim
and eat protein and non fatting foods
swimming is better then running because it works out all parts of your body

extremely quick and weight loss do not go together. eat healthy and exercise. cut all soda. that helps to loose weight fast...but it comes back fast if your not careful.
