Answers: I just seen a Commercial where these guys had really big legs cause they road bikes.. is that true?

yeah it's true, it will if you do it alot and especially if you do uphill riding and what not.. be careful though, cuz riding a lot can lower your soldier count....lol

OH YEAH.. where the hell you been, mayne? lol.. good to see you homey!

Yes and it will tighten and build muscle in those buns too!

You will If you ride everyday. Mainly your thights will get big. Not so much your calves

hell yea...also do squats and toe-lifts and wall-sits

-sit against the wall and form a 90 degree angle between ur legs and the floor

-stand on one foot and push up to the top of your tippy toes and come back down slowly...do like 10 reps of 20

Yeah it's true.. You pedal a bike with your legs. You have to ride a bike for awhile to get really buff legs, but it's certainly a big help.

Yes, but it takes time.
I have had to ride a bike for 70% of my life due to not having a car and I can tell you, you will get strong or "Buff" legs.
You pretty much become a machine ;)

yes ....it will help but not overnight ....regular steady riding over time will tone. Working the pedals with your toes will help develop the calve muscles.

yes, and make them stronger to.

yea i think that might work :)

It depends on if the bike is in a low gear or a higher gear. The easier it is to pedal, it tones your legs more than add mass. If it is harder to pedal, that is when you are going to bulk up. If you you dont want those bulky legs but you want them bigger, alternate between the 2.

it sure will make them sore

YUP! It will build your calf muscles in your legs and strengthen the muscles above your knees.

itworks the leg muscles so .. .yea
