I'm 16 and currently I lost a LOT of weight how do I lose the Extra skin?!


Question: Im 16 and in the last year or so I lost about 50 pounds of fat and gained a lot of muscle, in the beggining of my sophmore year I was weighting about 195 being 5'6 right now in my junior year i'm 150 and 5'8. It's been about a year and a half since then i been on a strict diet and exercice, I do strength tranning, and aerobics, I run about 2-4 miles every 3 days and still play soccer for my school team every day, and though my weight seems to be normal my tummy is huge and it gives the appearance as though im much fatter. I have a lot of extra skin in my thighs, arms and specially stomach area, if someone could please help me out on what I should do to get this extra skin and the last pounds of fat away. I currently bought Ivo-tech ab solution plus to see if it would fix my skin but i realized it doesn't work. Is there anything else I could do besides surgery? Thank you, all help is appreciated.

Maybe try a workout video. Like turbo jam. It really tones up your body and you're working out your legs, core and arms. There are a lot out there..but I would say Turbo Jam or Hip Hop Abs. If those aren't for you..I would just recommend crunches or just something that works your core. Just keep working out, it will eventually go away if you keep at it. I'm sorry I don't know all to tell you. But those are my ideas. Hope it helps.
