I had apple cinnamon oatmeal with 2T chopped walnuts.

Weight control oat meal from Quaker Oats and an apple.
Sausage, eggs, toast and coffee.
1/2cup of shredded wheat w/ whole milk, a small orange, and 2 cups of coffee. don't know how many cals.
A Pepsi.
1/2 c sliced strawberries, 1/2 c blueberries, 1 c Kashi Go Lean cereal and 1 c soy milk, with a little bit of sugar. Same thing every morning.
A big bowl of rice krispies with semi skimmed milk and a braeburn apple with a bottle of mineral water around an hour later.
Oat bran, 1 scoop of casein, an orange, a frozen banana, and a few chopped pecans. And coffee.
I was not very good this morning-all I had was a glass of orange juice and a handful of Cheetos! I know that is bad but was in a hurry and it was all i could get too! I know-shame on me!
I had a yoplait whips yogurt. 140 calories. I try not to eat too much in the morning cause I know I will make up for it in the afternoon.
I had Weight Control Oatmeal (160) But I'm 14 and not hungry yet.
