Unsweet Tea?!

Question: I just asked about the diet coke/pepsi now I wonder about this one:

My wife and I drink Decaff. Tea sweetened with splenda. How does everyone feel on this one? Can you diet with splenda and decaff tea? if not, besides water what are some good drink ideas.

drinking liquids is always good for you and tea is especially a good one. splenda is supposedly unnatural but my family and i have been using it for the past three years and we have been just fine. it's a good diet drink because the caffiene tends to quench the hunger and get you up and moving.

you know what splenda is?it was acyually created while collage students were making alternatives to kill catipillers and when a incoherent student misunderstude a teacher saying try it he tasted it ya its actually pretty nasty stuff!vitamin waters or the special k protien water is good :] Report It
