Good Diet Plan ??!


Question: Does anyone have any good diet plans without the gimmicks or the (diets you have to buy)? Also any good exercise plans either?

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day.

Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.
Ride a treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day and that should do it. Make sure you do this through out the day not all at once.


Try this for 8 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

Eat more greens and less fat burgers and pizzas. Or you can just exercise, it really works if you try hard and never give up!! GOOD LUCK!! =D

and eat stuff thats good im not gonna trie hard because the top person gonna win hes pretty good at this ofiesly

Change your food choices, don't eat fried foods, too many carbs, stay away from sweets, sodas, chips.
Eat in moderation and watch your portions, learn what a serving size of any foods is(such as a box of cereal may say a serving size is 100 calories, usually a serving size for such cereal could be 1/2 or 3/4 cup).
Eat breakfast daily.
Eat 3 healthy meals per day and 3 healthy snacks. Eating 3 healthy snacks between meals will help you not to over eat a meall time.
DRINK WATER! you should eat 64 ounces of water daily.
Exercise, walking does wonders, start off with 15-20 minutes and increase your time weekly.
Good luck. (Don't try diet pills you will waste your money, b/c with diet pills a menu is provided and you eat what the foods from the menu, and the weight comes off because of change your eating habits, the pill has nothing to do with it.)
