Whats best way to gain muscle for me?!


Question: I'm 5'5" 111lb I'm slim and some what athletic and I would like to know what I should start doing to gain muscle and dexterity.I can't run very much and I don't have asthma I just cant run for a long time so I guess any types on how to build muscles all over body and get more Endurance and Dexterity?


p.s.I dont have any wieght sets but have a 100lb heavy bag and a speed bag

Eat lean proteins and work your way up to heavy weights, your not going to gain mass by lifting toy(light) weights. And also eat twice as much as you burn a day and you will see results.

EAT....EAT....AND Drink whey protein shakes....then work out and work out some more..

You could try push ups and sit ups. If you aren't too strong yet, you won't be able to do many, but after a few weeks it will build up.

Resistance training builds muscle. Get a couple of cans of food if you don't have weights and use them to begin.

The only way to build muscle is to tear it down and the body builds it back stronger than before.
Lifting weights, boxing, squats...all these things tax your muscles and make them stronger...it takes time and effort

Drag the 100 pound bag around the house. Then down the street and back. That should do it. Oh, you have to exercise all the time!

well if you do not have any weight sets, i would try getting two 20 lbs dumbbells to start with. If you do not want to purchase these, try getting objects that will weight the same, thats what i did before i got mine. You should do push ups, sit ups and many different types of exercise in order to grow muscles. You must also have a strict diet in order too help your muscle growth boost. Your diet should be based on many proteins. I used to only eat steamed vegetables and chicken. This is a great source of proteins.
