What kind of workouts help to increase your endurance for long days on my feet?!

to work out your legs work out the really big muscles. If you have acess to the gym work on leg curls, hamstring excerises, calf raises, and leg press. Do more repetition rather than lot of weight. For the back try stretching or yoga. Do simple yoga poses that are good for the back. Also, there are machines at the gym, but be careful because you could throw out your back too easily. Also try jogging or walking for a hobby.

I used to work 10-12 hours a day on my feet and I found it was absolutely essential to wear good quality, good fitting shoes. Core exercises should help increase stamina.
change your shoes. Look at nurses who are on their feet all day long. Look at the footwear. Not runners. Especially applicable if standing on concrete or lino over concrete floors. Or put a piece of wood(like a piece of plywood) down where you stand (if it is in one spot..this works well).
Ask at the "shoe store about this matter."
