Well I checked a BMI chart for you. You fall at 26.6. Which is overweight. (25-29) is overweight. You would have to lose 10 pounds to reach the "normal" weight range of 24.8. The normal weight ranges from 18-24.9. So I hope this helps. You don't need to lose that much. Only ten pounds to reach normal, which isn't bad at all.I personally think 150 is a good weight, but its all in how you feel. So don't worry. If you want to lose the weight, just exercise and eat right for a while.

According to the following site you are a little overweight. However in todays world you are the perfect figure. The BMI is a figure calculated years ago...a way to determine you "Body Mass Index"

based on your info. your bmi (body mass index) is 27.
that means you might be prone to health risks, however the number 30 or higher means you're obese.

so, you may not be the healthiest person, but you're not obese.

thats not good

I don't think that is obese but you can definately lose weight if you really want to. A good idea is to work out regularly so you can tone your body and run off some of the fat if you feel that you need to. If you're concerned about eating, you should eat foods that are nutritional for your body. Like, don't eat fries, pop tarts, soda, donuts, etc. a lot because theyre just a bunch of carbs with no nutrition so it'll most likely turn into fat.

i would say you are obese. sorry but it is the truth you are overweight for your height. and not to mention your only 14. you might want to think adding some physical activities to your everyday life. such as playing a sport or go walking. walk your dog. there are so many things. you don't want to keep adding on to your weight as you get older.

you arent huge...but you're def chunky. i'm 5'5 and i way 150.... a lot of my weight is muscle b/c i work out a lot & I'm not chunky at all...but i could afford to lose 5 lbs, which means (most likely) so could you.

According to "charts" you are overweight, but in time the curves will come and you will develop your shape. You are considered thick. Get active if you are not and eat veggies and healthy snacks so things don't get out of control. Good luck. You won't be in high school forever.
