Hey dude, seriously i used to weigh 255 and got down to 165. You can do it! It's hard work, but just stay focus and you'll be glad at the end.
When you lose you weight, you don't lose it in just one particular area of your body, you lose it all over so people won't notice the difference untill you have lost at least 30 lbs or so (in my case) If you do some chest workouts you might build muscle into those sagging boobs into rocks that you can move to the beat of music!
