How do i stop binge eating?!
Question: The simplest answer is to make sure you're getting enough food on a daily basis and not skimping on particular meals. Binging is usually the result of trying to eliminate too much food from your diet. Essentially, control has been lost and one will eat ravinously, their inhibitions obscured by the hunger they previously caused.
That being said, it's not as easily done as said. I'm assuming you're either trying to lose weight or have some sort of obsession with it; you first need to get food off of your mind. Each day, eat at least three basic meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and also snack when hungry. Don't worry about eating healthy at this time. Eat so that you are satisfied. Once you develope a habit of eating sufficient amounts of food at the appropriate times you can establish other basic healthy habits such as eating healthier, moderating portions, etcetera etcetera.
You cannot tackle weight loss until you've straightened out your binge eating. Obviously you've tackled the feat in a poor manner and as a result binge eating habits have surfaced.
I hope this helps

Get yourself busy!
Eat little meals during the day to keep yourself full. If you don't eat throughout the day, as soon as you get home and start eating you won't wanna stop.
