Which is better for me; instant or uncooked oatmeal?!

The regular long cooking oatmeal has been processed less and doesn't have additives to it. If you cook it you can be sure of what goes into it so you can put in less sugar, whatever fruit or spices you like, and it isn't so pasty.
Check out the sugar on the instant. Most of the varieties of instant are flavored, and that means they come with a lot of sugar.
Uncooked oatmeal is better because it has no sugar or other ingredients.
The whole grain is better than the cooked for the fiber it has.

i believe the 3 mintue one is fine,just put it in the micro wave three mintues following directions.it lowers colestrol after 30 days.this is true
