Question: I wana loose weight and during the day I dont eat only drink water and at night only eat fruit or 2 slice of brwn bread with soup. But I dont get slimmer.I believe you will try your best and I will inform you later if it does work. THANX.

Starving your body wont work. You need to see a nutritionist for the best results but try eating small portions of healthy balanced foods ( This can take a long time to lose alot of weight though, mostly this will help you inside). If you want real results mix this healthy diet with a good work out plan. Lift light weights with large repetitions and start using a bike. olyptical machine and long jogs on a treadmill. GETTING YOUR BODY IN SHAPE TAKES DEDICATION AND WILL POWER.
Don't be upset if you don't see instant results this can take weeks for considerably noticable results. Just stay positive and I know you will be able to succeed.

I could go on forever explaining the proper nutrition facts. However, the other answer says it all. "Starving yourself doesn't help." If you're going to eat any meal during the day, eat breakfast, it is the most important meal for losing weight. Eat a BIG breakfast, it gets your metabolism going and will help you lose weight. Never be hungry during the day, keep yourself with enough food in your stomach. If you want to know anything else about exercise or whatever, just ask :P

If you want to lose weight, you can't starve yourself. if anything you want to increase your metabolism, so you can burn more calories when resting. eat small portions of healthy food every day. instead of not eating anything, eat every two three hours, you would think you'd gain more wieght, but you won't so long as you eat healthy and in SMALL PORTIONS. by starving your body you're not going to accomplish anything and it is very unhealthy. It's not about how little you eat, it's about how much energy you're able to burn.

You want to pair this diet with exercise. include some excerise in your daily routine. it doesn't need to be anything big. if this is entirely new, take this opportunity to learn a new physical activity. be active, it's the only healthy and effective way to lose weight. mail me for more info.

Starving yourself is not the answer to lose weight. The best way to lose weight is still EXERCISE. Exercising doesn't mean going to the gym or do so much work-outs. You can have a different routines everyday so it wouldn't be boring. You can do it at least 30 minutes a day. It may take some time, but it's the best offer you got. Plus it's good for your body.

Or you can do sports. Badminton is one example.

Another way is to eat 6 small meals a day. It's ideal than having 3 large meals in a day. The reason behind is that metabolism is much faster when you eat 6x a day. Just make sure that what you're eating is healthy and not junk.

the problem with what you doing is that u starving yourself and your body will store any little food dat u eat so if u wana loose weight it wont happen now maybe in a year but u must carry on eating dat way foreva.the problem with your diet is wen u stop u gain weight again n very fast.

It all depends on your current weight and height but not eating all day and then eating at night is probably one of the worst things u could do. They dont just say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day for nothing. If your looking to lose weight and be healthy, and speed up you metablolism you should eat 6 small meals a day that way your body doesnt think that is starving and then go into starvation mode, (meaning that it doesn't store everything that you eat at nighttime as fat to keep your body going) Also remember to get good excersise as well.

I personally tend to gain weight when I eat soup (excluding chicken noodle), not sure why but I do. Bread also tends to add weight on me. Try steaming vegatables, eating spinache salads, and doing some jumping jacks.
