You can help motivate me to lose this fat!?!


Question: this may be strange but it really helps motivate me when people say negative things about my body because it makes me want to try to do better with exercising and eating right. so please call me a fatty, a huge cow, ANYTHING because it motivates me to stop eating and start running!!!

Your so fat everytime you take a step you make an earthquake in china!
You so fat, that when you entered a fat contest, you won first, second and third!
You so fat you have to wear 2 watches, cause you take up 2 timezones!
YOu so fat, you were in the middle of the highy, and i tried to swerve and ran outta gas!
You so fat, you take posters not pictures!
YOu so fat, the animals at the zoo feed you!
You so fat, that when you stood up everyone yelled out "eclipse"!
You so fat the National Weather Agency has to assign names to your farts! =p
You so fat, when you step on the scale, it says we don't do livestock.
You so fat, when you went to Jenny Craig's she said "we asked for your weight, not your phone number!"
You so fat, they had to grease the doorframe and put a twinkie on the other side just to get you thru!
You so fat, light food means under 4 tons for you!
You so fat, when you was floatin in the ocean, Spain tried to claim you as the new world!


Well, uhh, I hope this helps! and motivates you! and gives you a few laughs! You know, laughing burns calories to!

wow....

that sounds easy and kind of fun.....
but i am nice so just remember everything bad any one ever said to you about your weight.

It seems like a good idea at first.
I asked someone to do that before, but when they ended up doing it.. It hurt my feelings and depressed me more.

Just start off slow..
Go for walks..
Give up Soda and Fast food..
Don't eat after 6 or 7 pm.

I promise you'll drop the weight pretty soon after.

you can do it!!
