Well done for losing the weight.
It you want to stay fit though you shouldnt exercise too much, you're body could get used of it and it starts to not help as much (used to do 6 or 7 fitness classes a week and got told it wasnt helping lose weight cause body got too used of it).
As for food you need to eat a balanced diet which includes pasta and noodles these things are actually just as if not more important as fruit and veg so you will be healthier if these are part of your diet

congratulations ! must feel really good. but can you tell me how you did it ?

Your just getting in the mind set of eating health! My mom has lost ALOT of weight and she just wants to stay fit. She is only 120lbs and she is nuturally very small.. Its just a life style now!

your body has trained itself to know that pasta and such isn't as good for you. Instead of feeling guilty put the idea in your mind that you are rewarding yourself for all the hardwork you have done so far.

i dont think youre becoming anorexic as anorexia nervosa is a fear of what the food will do to your body!

i think you've just gotten into a strict routine and everytime you eat something thats not so good for you, you feel bad. i think its a normal way to react. if i worked that hard to geta figure like that then i'd feel the same way!

CONGRATULATIONS whats your secret?

ive lost 44 pounds so far, i wish to lose another 15-20.
Im in the same position. You skipped meals didnt you? Maybe only ate once per day?
I only eat dinner and if i eat lunch i feel guilty. (even if i was really hungry and knew i would need the energy later on, kinda like the feeling i know my body is drained of energy)
Ive found something now im not guilty of eating though. FISH.
Seriously i have it for lunch every day nearly now. 2 Pieces of fish (depending on how cooked) can be around or under 200 calories. Add some water or coffee (white no sugar) and your good to go.

If you have never tried Dreamfields Pasta, you are missing out on one of the best pastas on the market. It's different in the way it is made from whole wheat pastas, it's made with seminola wheat and tastes just like regular pasta, but it has been designed to not affect blood sugar rise as in regular pastas. It is truly one of the best guilty pleasures out there. Not all people digest it the same and you might be one of the few that it does affect your blood sugar as does regular pasta. If you are talking portion control, that's a whole different issue. I've been low carbing and I have this pasta with little or not affect on my carb intake.
