How do i gain weight?!


Question: ok, im a very think or skinny girl. a lot of my friends and my bf keeps telling me to eat a lot coz im skinny and needs to gain weight. i try to eat a lot but i just get full easily or im just not that hungry. have anyone gone through this before? what should i eat to gain 15 lbs. yeah, 15 lbs..i want to gain 15 lbs.

After Breakfast You May Intake Any Fruit Orf Your Desire! =)

For Weekday's Afternoon, You May Be At School, Work ETC So You Can't Exactly Have A Huge Meal - So ii Would Suggest That You Have 4 Slices [2 Sandwhices] With Whatever You Like Inside - Example; Corn Beef & Sweet Corn, Sausages & Salad.
Or Whatever You Would Desire Most To Eat In Tha Afternoon.
For Weekend's Afternoon, You Can Treat Yourself To Some Junk - Either Way; Ready Meal Or You Cook It. Examples; McDonalds, KFC Or You Cook | Make Chips & Chicken Or Fish To Keep Healthy! =)

After Lunch You May Intake Another Fruit In With A Bar Orf Chocolate! =)

For Supper | Dinner, You Can Have Something Like Rice, Pasta, Macoroni Cheese, Spaghetti Bolognase ETC <--- Always Have Atleast Two To Three Big Extra Spoons Than What You Would Normally Have.

After This You Can Have Another Fruit With Hot Chocolate Or Horlicks Or A Milkshake Or Just A Nice Hot Cup Orf Tea Or If It's Hot | Summerish You Can Always Intake Ice Cream And Or Milkshake! =)

i understand how hard it is to gain weight for some girls
my bestfriend is very skinny as well and she cant gain weight eather.
i think part of the reason you cannot gain weight mite be because you are scared for gaining weight or you really dont want to gain weight.
but if you want to gain weight you can do this.
you can take supplements that can help you gain weight
you also have to take in more than 5000 calories a day
i understand thats alot of food so
maybe you want to talk to your docotor about gaining weight.
i think it is great that you realize that ur are too thin.

Ok, so you want to gain weight huh? Now this is a hard one because i want to lessen weight. Any suggestions for me? Anyways, it depends on what type of food you eat. If you want to gain weight, try to stop thinking about eating healthy food and change to a more heavier diet. Try to eat fast food and oily-fatty foods. It might just do the trick ^_^ Try it! if you want to gain weight the healthy way. as in gain weight so you weigh the correct amount there are foods out there that contain "good" fats like Olive oil. and if u want proteins for muscle, peanuts can help with that but make sure they arent salty.
