I'm fed up with sandwiches for lunch, can someone give me some different lun!

Question: SOUP
It is really great, especially for this time of year.
One of the many benefits is that your body doesn't have much work to do digesting it.
Being as it is liquidised, your body can just work on absorbing all the goodness, leaving more energy to eg; recover from illness, or get on with life, (ever coined the phrase that chicken soup was 'Jewish penicillin'), or suchlike!?
Invest in a food flask or a normal one will do and enjoy the convenience of wholesome, inexpensive and nutritional food which is great for the constitution.
Homemade is great and think of the time you will save by just buttering a couple of rolls to accompany it.

Sure, boil up a pan of pasta (shells etc..) tin of tuna, cucumber and spring onion and low fat salad cream/mayonaise and mix all together once the pasta has cooled, very healthy and filling or make a jacket potatoe and wrap a few times in tin foil and take your own filling, it will not be boiling but will be hot.
