alli has SO many things wrong with it.
if its not taken EXACTLY directed including the work outs and diet plans NO CHEATING it will not work.
it is VERY common to give people liver, kidney and ANAL problems.
the most common is anal leakage.
it doesnt work very well... even if people didnt have all these problems while taking it, they would have had more success just working out or cutting the sweets.

im sorry this happend to you.
i wanted to try alli but i did a lot of research on it and im glad i found out what i did because it really saved me a lot of problems.

You do have to exercise and eat right as well, you know that?

I haven't tried it but had been doing my homework on it before I went out & bought it. I found the following:

Put simply, Alli is a fat-blocker. You take a pill with each meal. The main ingredient in the pill binds with the digestive enzymes that would normally break down fat from the meal that you consumed. But because Alli attaches to these enzymes, it prevents them from digesting about 1/4 of the fat you just ate, allowing it to pass through the digestive system and out of the body, undigested and unabsorbed. Overall, fewer calories from dietary fat are stored as actual body fat.

Sounds easy, right? There
