What would be better.More repititions or more sets in working out.?!
Question: Like would it be better to do a work out where you do, for example, 30 jumping jacks, 30 situps, 30 bicep curls.... OR is it better to break them up , like 15 jacks, 15 crunches, 15 biceps... and then repeat the 15 again??

For building muscle. you need to do high weight, low reps(between 6-10). To lose weight you going to do, lower weight, high reps. Be sure to have a proper diet too. Check www.bodybuilding.com for lots of tips and secrets.
If you want to lose weight an gain a toned body do more reps of lighter load. If you want to simply put on muscle do less reps with more resistance its that simple.
