Much better than not doing anything after eating McDonald's. If McD's is a regular part of your diet, you might consider making some changes, especially considering your goal of 95 pounds. That's going to take a while. In addition, work toward longer workouts eventually, though, you might not be able to get there yet.

I applaud your at least making an effort, which is more than most people ever do.

If you want to lose 95 lbs, eating McDonalds is NOT the way to go?

Yes anything you do will burn calories, which is important if you want to lose weight. After all the diets and gimmicks, all you need to do at the end of th day is burn more calories in physical activity than you take in in the day and youwil lose weight if you keep it up. Good luck!

I used to have the fattest stomach. Here's a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before...

Good luck to you!

Best way to losing fat is to do Cardio. Thats a great fat burner.
To gain muscle, you must eat lots of protein and then do weight.
Cardio first then weights. Alon you should do atleast 40 mins of cardio straight to actually lose weight.
