How many calories should I burn...?!

Question: I eat 1,200-1,500 calories a day and eat all healthy foods. I am working out 4x a week for about 45 minutes each time doing cardio. I have been buring around 500-550 calories each time. Is that good? I'm trying to lose weight, but this is a lifestyle change, not a diet...I can stick to this forever. I'm not worried about dropping weight really fast, I'm aiming for 1-2 pounds per week.

To lose 1 pound of fat u need to lose 4500 calories, 2 pounds 9000 calories, ur body consumes nearly 2500 cal per day to maintain the vital functions
so lets calculate it for 1 week
Food = 1500 x 7 = 10500 cal
Vital Functions = 2500 x 7 = 17500 cal
Exercise = 550 x 4 = 2200 cal
So lets sum it up:
10500 - 17500 - 2200 = -9200
So if u continue with this life style u will probably lose 2 pounds every week which is ok for the first 4-6 weeks then i would advise u to only lose 1 pound every week

1200-1500!! this is like calories a 45kg person eats, and then you burn 500!! and not sure you want to lose weight dear
