Weight loss...?!

Question: I need to lose 30lbs and I know about eating right and exercise but I can't seem to get motivated, especially for the exercise part. I've been so depressed lately and I feel tired and unmotivated. Any advice for how to get motivated to exercise?
No mean answers please.
Thank you.

That is a bummer for sure. I understand how you feel though. I was in the same boat for about a year. I have to tell you that everyone is going to say run and get up and do something and push yourself, but really that's to easy of an answer. I went to GNC and told the guy I needed something to give me some energy. The guy hooked me up with some vitamin supplements and directed me to a store in my town that sells some amazing powder that you can mix with water that will give you allot of energy. Everything is all natural so don't worry about any harsh side effects, Also I'm not as thirsty after drinking my powder with water. I started doing this mid December, and I have lost 20 pounds and am starting to get cut at this point. Now since you are a woman I wouldn't suggest you take the same thing as me. The reason being that naturally woman retain more water. Most diet pills don't work because they have taken out the aphedra, so it won't burn fat like it used to. I hope this helps.

How bout you get a picture of what you want to look like or something you want to fit in or a boy you like, etc and everytmie you want to eat bad, look at the picture and ask yourself is the extra calories worth it? Or you can find an online buddy who you can talk to weekly about your accomplishments and for motivation. Good luck!?

buy a pair of skinny jeans and say you will fit into them, and put up some pics of ur fav models and say i will be skinny and just set out to to do it, start walking its the best kind of exercise their is!!! and listen to music when you do exercise i listen to pop-hip hop- brinety spears, yea i like her, lol the music just gets me pumped up and motovated

you need to run ,run, run and run .just do it.

to get motivated print out a daily routine so you can stay one track. also remeber not to eat 2 hours before going to bed.

What I did, was I bought a pair of jeans *non stretch* you know the kind that has no give. 2 sizes smaller than what I was wearing. I keep walking and jogging and now I can almost fit into them. I have already lost a size. My "tight" jeans fit good and my regular jeans are pretty loose now. I am pretty happy. I just need to keep losing weight and staying on track. Just walk. Thats the best to start with. I was doing 6 miles a day, but now I am trying 4 miles a day at least 5 -6 days a week. You'll get there, just stay on track.

wow!!im inspired too

i have the same problem. i want to but i just can't seem to get the motivation to do so. i have read about this new wave thing where you find a support group of 3 or 4 people (usually online) that supports you and you support them. You help each other get motivated. i am thinking of looking deepre into it. It seems to work for others. It might be something you want to look into too. Good luck.

Only you know what will motivate you, what you need to decide is even if you only do five sit ups, leg lifts, crunches or so many minutes exercising it better than what you did yesterday, its very easy to start slow, and try to beat whatever you did the day before.

Don't try to over do or try to undo several months of not working out just do a little for today. Worry about tomorrow tomorrow.
