How to do pushups while breathing?!


Question: It seems like when I do pushups I stop breathing which in turns doesn't give oxygen to my muscles, so I tire up quickly. What are some ways to do both pushups and breath at the same time?

When you're lowering yourself to the ground(easier part), breathe in, and when you lift yourself up(the hard part) breathe out. Or vise versa. Whichever one's easier. You can do that for every exercise you're doing.

breathe in when you go down and breathe out when you push up.

Try inhaling when you push up and exhaling when you come back down. If you do the push-ups slowly it should be easier to remember to breathe.

I'm sure i have tha answer for this one.. Very easy..when you go down., bread in,...when you go up, bread out... trust me, i personally lift weights and if there is something i know... is that

theres really only 2 answers for this question, breathing in when you go up/breathing out wen u go down, and vise versa. it varies for diferent people on which 1 is easier- for me it is breathing in when i go up. it is also alot easier to do so if you go slowly and time your breathing to your motions.
