you are right, none of them work. They help you lose weight in the sense that they tell you that you have to eat a proper diet and exercise so you do that and lose weight and the pill did nothing, but once you are done losing your weight you stop taking the pills and stop eating right and you gain it all back. No none of them work.

Weight watchers does though

Of course they don't work, the only ones that have any effect are the couple of FDA approved one prescribed to obese people. Anything else is just god knows what.

Cocaine works better... look at Hollywood.

Yes, I took something called Tenuate. It was a prescription. It worked really really well.

Well, I hear most diet pills don't work. Whatever you do, DON'T pick Alli. It makes you shiz your pants if you don't eat right.

HERBALIFE really work, but can be really expensive depending on your finances!!!

It works if you hold it tightly between your teeth at meal time.

There was one that did actually work for me until they took off the shelf. It called Herbal phen phen. It was awesome but I guess some people died from it???? ;(

I took effedren when it was legal and lost about 20 lbs. My system was all messed up for a year or so after.

Not since they made speed illegal. That diet pill actually worked.

Even if a diet pill were to work, you wouldn't be on it for life. What do you think would happen when you went off of it?

If you really want to lose a few pounds, you can make a half hour per day for exercise and eat better. That is the only thing that is long lasting.

no, i don't think you can lose weight just by taking pills. the best way to lose it is through sport and exercise. you can try to so some sport cuz u have to take a pause from "being on the move"

no i have tried two or three. From research, i have found that the only magic pill out there is one with ephedra..but it is illegal the only real way to lose eight is discipline, good diet and exercise..

It's the same with all the diet pills. They only work if you are serious about losing weight. There is no magic pill that will make you lose weight while you sit on the couch and eat McDonald's. You HAVE to diet and exercise along with the pill. If you are willing to do that then go for the Alli weight loss pill. It works.......I lost 20 lbs.

Anna Nicole Smith lost like 210lbs, lol, trim spa baby !

Sorry to say it....but none of the pills anyone I know has used have worked. If you are on the go and can't seem to find time to exercise, improving your diet is a start! Some easy on-the-go meals include instant breakfast, those Zone/Balance (diet) bars, smoothies, and fruit..lots of fruit... Start taking little steps to improve your health and you'll be losing pounds in no time!
Good luck ^^

You lose weight one of two ways:

1) Reduce your caloric intake

2) Increase the number of calories your body uses.

These are usually used in varying combinations (exercise and diet). Diet alone is pretty useless.

Diet pills were originally amphetamines ("speed") - to speed up your body's metabolism (like caffeine). They are usually harmful to your body.

Everybody wants something for nothing, and 'diet pills' are one thing that people buy into with lots of MONEY hoping for that 'magic bullet' where they have to do NOTHING in return. Quit making excuses as to not having time and "just do it". Re-prioritize your life.

I knew this girl that lost alot weight from diet pills but she got really sick.i think the best way to loose weight is to go to youre doc and tell him you want to loose weight and have him give you some suggestions.

If you were serious about weight loss, you'd make an effort to get some exercise into your day as well as eat right.

A high school friend's sister was a phen phen (or was it fen fen) victim.

some do work when taken correctly. if you dont want to take pills try a body cleanse. I did one it's called Isagenix. I lost 12 ponds in 10 days. I am currently seeing a nutritionist and I watch what I eat and most importantly HOW MUCH I eat and get different forms of exercise. You don't need to go to the gym for 2 hours a day everyday to drop pounds... Also you mentioned your always on the move, so you eat out a lot. You CAN eat good even when it is fast food. I don't know where you live but here in California we have El Polo Loco (the grilled chicken is good for you) also if you go somewhere and want a burger, try it protein style (lettuce wrap) or even with the bun just no frys and no soda. Diet soda is okay though. I also eat a lot of subway, just no mayo and if I get chips I get the baked ones. As far as exercise goes try walking around the block after dinner or getting up a little earlier for a jog... also swimming and dancing are considered good exercise. Hope that helped a little

I was using Proactol 6 months ago after seeing few example of my friends loss weight after taken this diet pill.

So as to prepare for the Christmas, I decided to took the 3 months of Proactol. After taking for 1 month, i started to loss 2 inches around my stmoach and I can fit in the old pants, after taken of full 3 months of Proactol, total of 20 pounds is gone! It is quite amazing, as I not need to change much of my lifestyle, i still go to work as usual, ate the same stuffs... and also no bad feeling for my body.

one of my friends even loss 30 pounds with controlling her diet and do regular exercise. Best part of it, my weight did not bounce back after stop for 3 months, so I really trust this brand as compare with other on the market.

There is quite a number of diet pills on the market also can help you achieve the same results but i will recommend you Proactol as the choice if you really want to take pills. But according to health research, control diet and exercise is still the best choice!!
