Help me! all i can do is eat and eat and eat??!


Question: even if i am ful! even if i take a pill to make me full. im always hungry. like even late at night i wasnt hingry at all and then i saw a fruit roll up and bam instant hunger and straved feeling. what can i do to stop this? its rlly preventing weight losss!! excerisses isnt helping either??

like ill eat some tea, fruit, cereal for breakfast etc and 10-20 min later be hungry all over again!

Eating small meals throughout the day is the ideal way to eat...Although science says it is best to eat at least 6 small meals during the day, this does not mean 6 bad meals. Not only do you have to watch the size's but you also need to watch your intake of calories, sugars, fats, and carbs.... You cannot eat 6 BAD meals a day,, they need to be healthy. Also, I used to be the same way about eating. I would always be hungry.. I do not know how old you are, but when I was in my teens I would always be hungry. Your body lacks certain nutrients that you need to fulfill with each small meal. Also, once again, I do not know how old you are, or your personal experiences, but, could you possibly be pregnant? When you are pregnant you need more of each food group to fulfill the nutrient requirements for you child.

Drink 8 bottles/cups of water a day, most hunger is really thirst, you'll notice the difference after a month or so.

drink water and i mean water. then eat less.

Boredom, depression, pregnant???? Could be a lot of reasons.

Drink about 8 big glasses of water a day and it should curve it

IF YOU DON'T EAT A LOT OF PROTEIN YOUR BRAIN WILL TELL YOUR STOMACH YOUR HUNGRY. ALSO IF YOU ARE EATING ALOT OF JUNK FOODS LIKE CANDY, CHIPS, ETC. THEY ARE PREVENTING YOU FROM PROPER CALORIC INTAKE. JUNK=EMPTY CALORIES AND YOU WILL CONSTANTLY RUM AGE THE CABINETS LATE NIGHT UNTIL YOU CHANGE YOUR HABITS.....AND QUICK TRUST ME 70 POUNDS IS THE HARDEST THING EVER I HAD TO LOSE.

Maybe its in your head? You know cravings? Or does your stomach get actual hunger pains and growls? I used to eat out of boredom, but now I drink a lot of water and eat fruits like apples because they take a long time to finish and are pretty filling. Eat things with a lot of protein. And don't eat empty calories. See the nutrition facts on them. Eggs also fill me up a lot. So usually I boil and egg and have an apple before bed to keep me from snacking and then drink about two glasses of water with it. I hope something helps..but you have to figure out why you are feeling these "hunger" feelings. Or if you are just craving something. Hunger is a lot different than cravings. Good luck:D

thats so funny when you said fruit roll up cause im woofing one down right now. i work the night shift so i eat all the time too. i never use to eat breakfast and now i have to eat as soon as i wake up! is your thyroid okay? you may want to check your tsh level. maybe you have a higher metabolism.
