Plz help i need to know if i can eat....?!


Question: ok so here is the deal...

i want to lose weight fast and now!!!!!!! i am like 5 pounds over weight!!!!

i want to lose 45 pounds by the summer

ok well i as thinkig about crash dieting u know anorexia type thingy
i can not eat during the day...thats not hard...

but when dinner time roles around my 'rents make me eat
...they only make me eat 5-6 days of the week (the other days it is just kind of a grab what u when u want)

so my question is how can i get my parents out of making me eat those 5-6 days of the week???????

they know i dont eat at school...well they think i ate least 2 granola bars.

oh and i exercise for 50min every day (tipicaly alot of running)

crash dieting, not a good idea, when u crash diet and u dont eat for a long time, yes u wil begin to grow skinny, but then when u start eating again, during the summer, u will gain weight twice as fast because u havent eaten, so i think that instead of a crash diet, that u should eat a 1500 calorie a day diet, my mom did this and she lost about 50 pounds and she started last summer and she had lost 50 by winter, try this so u eat 500 calories per meal and then write down what u eat and how many calories, so that u can eat whatever u want, u just have to watch out for the calories, and i have been doing this for 2 weeks and ive lost 15 pounds already, so it does work so try it!

crash dieting is a very bad idea...it slows your metabolism and when you come off your crash diet you will gain alot of weight fast...check out my blog...i have tons of free info on weight loss and other fitness issues

Two things. First, if you are only 5 pounds overweight why do you want to lose 45 pounds? Guys don't like underweight girls, look at how much we make fun of Nicole Ritchie for practically being able to see her internal organs. Second, if you do this crash starvation diet you will gain back twice as much weight as you lost when you do start eating again.

Eat meals at regular times. Watch the after dinner snacks.

ok first i will spare you the normal safety crap--i am sure you know the dangers involved---crash diets will work to lose
10 or 15 pounds quickly but then your body shuts your metabolism down for survival----if u want to lose 45 pounds fast--u will have to do a no carb diet----research it on line
you will probalbly drop 10 pounds your first week
and then 4 pounds a week after if u do it right
