What is more important to watch for, Calories or Fat?!


Question: When dieting, what should you be careful of.... to many calories, or to much fat? I know you should only have a limited amout of fat, but what is better to do when dieting?

carlories b/c fats are required and less calories= less calories from fat... eat a bit of every thing. meats, milk products, veggies, and fruits... oh and breads...

don't buy enriched products like white bread.

enriched means is that they extract all the good stuff out of the ingredients and whats left is the white bread which they try to add vitamins to. like vitamin D..

always check the ingredients don't take drinks with high fructose, corn syrup, and thos e other ingredients that sound like a cartoon name or something. also those red 4 yellow 32 anything like that is bad. only take foods with ingredients that you know what they are

check if it says 100% pure. and as always if you watch your diet and dont do any excersie you'll still gain weight almost every food except water has carbs,fats, and calories which will eventually add some pounds. even fruits.

I would say both but calories would seem more important when trying to loose weight
Your focus needs to be on the total number of calories consumed or so says the website go ask alice
