My bum is getting bigger .....what can I do?!


Question: I guess do some exercises where you use the muscles around that area, such as jogging, cycling, trampolining, walking and also there was an exercise I saw on TV a few years ago where you sit on the floor and then walk across the floor using your bum cheeks.

Sit down and never move again.

Stop eating so much and exercise

Stop sitting on it for so long and do some exercise.

Get off it and do something about it.

butt clenches they actually work and you can do them while your washing up etc

jiggle it

get on the treadmill and do something about it

Drink beer, so your stomach gets bigger, and you're back in proportion.

Watch your carb, calorie and fat intake with recommended daily values. Join a gym and use the olyptical machines for 30-60 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Use it in the forward motion and once you are comfortable, use it in a backwards motion. You should be all set. EAT RIGHT & EXERCISE!

Get some bigger trousers.

Do more arm stretching exercises!

Come to Brazil... this kind of bums are appreciated over here... haha

But on a practical level, watch what you're eating, drink plenty of water/fluids and make sure your underwear elastic or trousers aren't too tight, as these can restrict the blood flow in the bum and thighs and could cause cellulite, or at least restrict the removal and burning of fat from these areas.

Problem is, that fat is usually stored in these areas first on a woman, so although it's the first place you notice it going on, it's the last place it comes off! Good luck though :)

I've heard walking, jogging, running is very good for losing weight off of your legs and your bum. If you're not a fan, just do 40 mintues on the treadmill 3 or 4 times a week and also butt clenches. If you're from the UK, I suggest Davina Mccolls workout. Not the three individual ones but the other one, it's so good and I lost so much from my bum and my legs as it has a whole section on exercises for those areas!
