Pick one thing, every time you feel the urge to eat when you know you shouldn't, do that thing. REALLY DO IT! it could be jumprope or playing an instrument, reading the bible...................................... anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

really it works! it is what they use to help people who are addicted to drugs. Still eat, but enjoy small nutricious portions!

whenever you feel like eating step on a scale. if you absolutely have to eat, eat while standing on the scale and looking at yourself in the mirror, preferably in your bra and underwear. its a disgusting feeling.

eat snacks that are healthy like fruit. eat filling things, and drink a lot but nothing unhealthy...small servings of fruit almost every hour should do.

Kill hunger will healthy foods,they are the best for you.An apple,or 100 calorie pack. If you still want to eat some sweets you can have caramel with your apple.There are many more choices, but this is just an example.

eat nuts like almonds, or a trail mix, only need a little and it takes the hunger away. Drink lots of water too I also chew alot of "Extra Classic Bubble Gum"

BAD BAD BAD, EAT HEALTHY. Its okay to eat lots, as long as its good for you. Go buy a bunch of you favorite fruit and snack on that. Or drink protein shakes. And be sure to be getting all your vitamins. If you want you could take a multi vitamin daily, and eat fruits during the day.

lots of fiber and water

split up your meals into 4-5 meals instead of 3. Eat healthy.
