Does anyone know a lot about working out?!


Question: so, i have fuller thighs, not fat, but very curvy and i want them to be smaller. if i start exercising them, will they get smaller and tighter, or thicker with muscle? and if so, what exercises can i do to make them smaller? what do guys think of girls with toned bodies??

If you want smaller legs you should concentrate on 30 minutes of cardio daily at 80% of your max capability. That is where fat burning starts.
For weight training your muscles, conventional wisdom is that lighter weight and more reps tones the muscles without putting mass on them.
Even if the excess mass (fat) is gone, you could still have untoned muscles so it serves 2 purposes.

My opinion on toned women? They are hot as long as they don't get all bulked up. But truly, a woman that takes care of herself is attractive just for that.

there cute and u should do some squats and that really helps to tone it up and it wont seem fat any more

squats and power cleans low weight ton of reps i lift everyday believe me

if you do cardio on a low resistance they will most likely get smaller. just don't do it on the absolute highest resistance, because that builds more muscle tone and will make you bulk up.

it doesn't matter to me as long as you treat people good doesn't matter what you look on the outside, you could be beautiful by looks but treat people like crap and your ugly to me

Well, you want to concentrate on jogging for perhaps 2 miles twice a week. Dont do sprinting, as this will build them up. Longer, gentler workouts will do the trick.
Drink plenty of water also.

Try pilates - great for elongating your muscles for a leaner look

I love girls with toned bodies. What guy wouldn't? Do you see us with fat chicks?

Yoga is a good way to get flexable, and get a good body. Of course, if your face is ugly and you have a toned body, that doesn't do much.

well you should not work out everyday but you should start by walking weekly then every day the next week then the next week start running you will over time build up your cardiovascular endurance which means that you can work longer. when you lift weights (also a good idea) you break down your mussels and when they recover 48hr. later then you do it again.if you do it every day you are not helping your body you are hyper extending you mussel eat right too if you follow this you will DROP WEIGHT
