If you want to lose weight by jogging them pile on the layers... this will actually help you lose weight by keeping your body temp up while working out.... however the much more comfortable alternative is to do indoor exercises like pilates.... Its a low impact/low stress routine.... Great for sculpting.... and its inside so its nice and warm....

well a treadmill may work if you have one if not look into that they are really getting cheaper. just eating the right foods works tremendously also. stay away from diet pills if your are more so over weight they won't do anything but harm you in the long run. you may have plenty of things around the house you may be able to use to aid you in losing weight also try things like knee bends and take and hld a broom to level out. now jogging out you may want to use long johns and scarfs hats to keep from getting sick but in the end you get sweaty even faster but you do stay from getting sick and awful.
