You didn't gain weight overnight, it won't disappear quickly either. Weight loss is something that you have to want passionately enough to keep on track. You need to develop better habits and be accountable for what you eat and how much you exercise. Bulky food isn't the problem, it's your relationship with food and your coping skills that are the issue. You need to get into a program that is structured and sensible. I have lost 150 pounds just by eating sensible food, using portion control, and exercising five times a week. Good luck.

watch biggest loser! lol, try dumplings. they are healthy and work. but also eat breakfast because it helps raise the matabolism.

Water can fill your stomach up if you drink alot of it, and to pull some of the water fat that is stored in your body? Drink lemons:)

Apples are filling and tasty:)

if you want to loose weight do sit ups in the morning and at night or when u have free time....try to run more....join cross country...chew a lot of gum...it will keep you full and make sure you drink TONS of water!!!!! especially in the morning because then your metabolism speeds up and your more full and you are satisfied

you also need to do is get help from your parents. You will need to eat 500 calories less than what you normally eat and exercise for about a half hour each day. Stay away from foods with bad fats (saturated and trans) and foods that are high in carbohydrates (pasta, rice). I know it sounds cliche but eat a lot of veggies and fruits and drink lots of water, especially while you're having your meal to trick you stomach into thinking you have eaten more than you actually have.

? Just keep it simple... here's how:-

1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, vegies and fruits

2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks

3) drink plenty of water / green tea

4) Exercise - look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.

Here's a review link to a program

Useful articles there too.

5) Have 5-6 healthy meals a day(1 plate portions) to keep your body satisfied

6) if you have cravings drink water or eat fruits

7) have an action plan for long term goals, start off with small goals and increase it gradually over time. Get your parents involved to live a healthy lifestyle and be active. Doing it together is better then going it alone!

oh and......You're probably too young to lift weights, so I would suggest running, jogging, and walking for exercise. You could also rollerblade, bike, jump rope... anything that will get your heart pumping and sweating

Avoid foods that are high in sugars: candy, soda, cookies, and other sweets. Also avoid foods that are high in fats, especially fried foods (like french fries and chicken nuggets from fast food places, and potato chips.) Try not to eat a lot of salty foods.

Drink milk every day, and again lots and lots of water.

For snacks, eat fruit, cheese that isn't too high in fat (like cheddar or even string cheese), light yogurt, fat free pudding... Switch to wheat bread instead of white. Eat at least a couple servings of vegetables per day (they'll fill you up but are low in calories).

You don't really need to know that much about carbohydrates, etc. You probably already know which foods are healthy and which ones aren't so good. Just use your common sense and don't eat until you are so full you can barely move :) Gooo!!!!

healthy smoothies are delicious and very filling

As soon as I get home with the groceries, I like to hide the twinkies and snack cakes in little places all over the house. I forget where they are and have to excercise by hunting around for one when I get hungry.
Good luck!

OK
There is Lot's of things you can do like
Start a Hobie like swimming or running
But if you are like me and can't be bothered
Then drink lots of cold water as your body with have to warm it's self up by burning fat
what ever you do don't give up the result will be worth it in the end

Exercise. That is more important than what you eat. Just dont eat crap like candy, chips, cake, twinkies etc... If you dont exercise, anything you eat can turn into fat.

If your'e just started out, make gradual changes...OR go on the diet with a friend, that way you can motivate each other in your times of trouble along to way.
Also, exercise will impact your overall weight loss. At least thirty minutes of exercise a day is great.

Heart of palm keeps me full longer. So does meats. The reason you're unmotivated is because of your high estrogen levels which are even higher because of your added fat. Higher estrogen makes it harder to lose weight, as well as reducing your motivation. To get motivation, strive to make your body the best it can be, it is important to be unhappy with your body; this will induce motivational change.

This is a very typical thing amongst dieters. I think the best thing to do is to have fun with it. Don't stress and don't make it seem like it's a 'job' to eat healthy and workout. Just suck it up and do it. It's totally possible to lose weight and keep it off.

I have this problem too. The whole, 'I'm not full, but i just ate' thing. What I do is eat 5-6 small meals a day. Usually, breakfast, then a few hours later a yogurt w/granola, then lunch, a salad, dinner, and a soup or small dessert. This usually keeps me full throughout the day. BUT sometimes it's just not enough, so I snack on carrots, celery, grapes, or sometimes just add another salad in the day.

Dieting is hard. Don't look at it as a 'diet' or quick way to lose some weight. Make a lifestyle change. It also helps to not eat out for the first few weeks because you will be so easily tempted. But soon enough, those foods will feel too heavy and not look so appetizing.

Good luck! You can do it!

always go for wholemeal rather than white eg wholemeal bread/pasta rather than white bread or pasta as they are much more filling!

good luck with it!

Get together with a friend so you can motivate each other. Join a free on line site where you can check in every day

Oatmeal is a good food to eat that will keep you feeling full longer. It also helps to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day rather than 3 large ones. Drink around 90 ounces of water a day.
Eat all the lettuce you want--there is only about 15 calories in 2 cups of lettuce.
Am working on the same thing and it is hard.
good luck
