did i eat too much?

sounds like you could be giving others tips on how they should eat to be healthy. this is just the amount of vegetables that everyone should be eating everyday, and you should try to eat this everyday wether you want to lose weight or not, i always suggest that everyone eat protien and agood source of protien would be quinua and a protien shake. try giving tips to others because youre diet sounds preety much perfect!!

no

no i dont think so...if you feel hungry you should eat..otherwise the probles like acidity will arise in future...

Take care

If the calories you ate equal up to 1200-1800, you're eating just the right amount. Sounds really yummy though (and healthy!)

looks good to me. but it all depends on portion size. if that foccacia is the size of your dinner table or you ate enough curry to fill an entire tub, then yes :P

what you eat is not as important as how much you eat.

I cant answer if you ate too much without portions sizes, but Muesli and foccacia can be full of FAT....

You do seem to eat a starch based diet, even though you seem to be a vegetarian. If you are a vegetarian, you might want to add lentils if you are not eat some fish or chicken.

No, that's fine, it's not healthy to starve yourself.
