Do you think it is possible to lose 70 pounds by august?!

Question: find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

definitely, that's only about 10 pounds a month/less than three pounds a week, which isn't really a lot, especially since you're likely to lose up to 10 in the first week or two alone.

you'd have to be very strict with diet and exercise though!

sure...lose 2 pounds per week and you're on track

Of course it is. You can easily lose 2-1/2 lbs per week, which is less than half a pound a day. You will have to exercise and eat well, but if you stick with it, and keep your eye on the prize, you can definitely do it.

It amounts to eating about 1200 calories a day less than you burn, the more you burn, through exercise, the more you get to eat.

Focus on whole foods, nutritionally-dense foods will satisfy your body and you won't suffer from cravings like you will with processed junk food that has no real nutritional value.

Go to www.wholepurefood.com and watch the video "how to get fat without trying" then do the opposite!

There is also a nice easy way to jump-start your diet, detox and lose about ten pounds in 13 days - try one of the tri-decathalons, which is 13 days worth of food for around $170. This is much less than eating junk food, and it's raw, organic, vegan food that tastes great.

Also, it's 100% money back guaranteed, so if you don't like it, return it for your money back.

One thing I just learned last year was that food manufacturers are allowed a 10% margin of error on their packaging...this means add 10% to all the calorie counts you see on the package.

This really surprised me, so beware that you may be eating more calories than you think.

Coconut oil is the best oil to use when you are dieting, because it boosts your metabolism. Go to www.mercola.com and search on "coconut oil" and read the articles for an explanation on this.

Good luck, your goal is definitely attainable, and there are a lot of tools out there to help you. The best advice is to develop healthy habits so you don't go into the yo-yo effect, which makes it harder and harder to lose weight each time.

I lost 20lbs in 20 days. Here's a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before...

Good luck to you!
