what is your body telling you?

How is your mental and emotional state?
How are your energy levels?
How are your sleep habits?

How are your hunger patterns?

These things will tell you how you are doing with your diet and exercise routine. Life is about balance. Your body will talk to you and tell you what it needs if you just learn to listen and interpret what it is saying.

most of the food you ate is healthy except for maybe the creamy pasta and butter.

yeah. You should eat more fruits and veggies.

btw. who cares what you eat. just do it proportions. and you'll be fine.

Stick to foods that have this:

5 sugars
15 carbs
5 fats

subtract fiber from carbs. It balances your body that it doesnt crave the things you had before.

its hard but it works

you can't have people looking over your shoulder all the time

learn the basics about nutrition then use your common sense

good luck eating and keep on eating healthy

an easy one is put whole foods in your fridge, in pantry and you don't have to worry about cooking

(banana, carrot, water etc)

eating food as it is sounds weird at first, but when I watched my daughter eat things I was going to tell her it was "yucky" and she ate it up... I began to think otherwise

we used to go to WIC appts and she is the healthiest girl they have seen, hands down with growth and strength off the charts

3 years old but tall as 5 year old, with weight the same but intelligence and attitude of a 1st grader and she drinks whole milk, lots of whole grain bread and natural peanut butter, seeds and nuts, honey, fruits, raw veggies and loves dark chocolate and simple things like oatmeal

everything is good, i mean you want to eat fresh veges and fruits
so try to stay away from frozen foods.
but the creamy pasta isn't the best.

more fruit

more peas

an ounce of almonds

a glass of V-8
