I found this on this website.
There are more tips and info.
Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

Keep on doing your thing.

You can't lose twenty-five pounds in less than six weeks. It's a physical impossibility. You will land yourself in a hospital should you try any of the kooky ideas people may present here.

The only good way to lose weight, and keep it off, is to eat less and exercise more. Eat less by eliminating junky foods from your diet: sodas, chips, candies, cookies. Consider smaller portions of regular foods. But eat more of vegetables and most fruits. And drink at least 1/2 ounce of water per pound of your body weight per day.

Any exercise is good, as long as it makes you sweat. Aim for five forty-five minute sessions a week. Walk, run, jog, jump, swim, ride bike, climb, lift weights. It's all good.

Do this, and you might see a one to two pound loss per week, or six to twelve pounds by March.

You will not lose weight by exercising. You lose weight by being on a diet. If you go to school I assume you're a teenager. Is not a good idea for a teenager to be on a diet. I'm guessing you must be around 16 and 140 pounds. If you want to lose weight you might want to start drinking ice cold water before every meal and throughout the day. You should be eating fewer calories than what you burn. An estimate is that you burn around 1000 calories just by walking throughout the day. Exercise a few minute a day like a bicycle or run in the park and you would be burning close to 1600 calories. Don't eat more than 1300 calories. yes is very complicated to keep track of everything you but thats how you do it.

that's about 10lbs per month, so you just simply need to stop eating. ENTIRELY. drink water and pop pills. else you can go for liposuction, surgery, or sleep during the entire 2 mths.
