-substitute water for any sugary drinks/juices.
-special k cereal is excellent for breakfast.
-stop eating at 7:30 pm. some studies have shown that you need 2-3 hours before bed to digest your food for it not to turn into excess weight.
-order grilled instead of fried
-avoid fast food
-make sure you have a good breakfast so you don't compensate for this meal the rest of the day
-take a walk once a day
-ride a bike
-avoid stress as much as you can
-sleep also affects weight, so try to get lots of sleep
-cut down on dessert, but if you need to have something to munch on, try dried fruit or baked chips
- also, try cutting your normal portion in half (or 3/4 if you want to go slower) because most of the time our portions are way past the serving size so make sure you stick to the serving size (my friend lost 42 pounds [from 180 to 138] by cutting her meals in half)

just move around lots and drink water.. cut down on junk food etc blah blah you know, same old same old.

buy broiled foods not fried and salads with everything. I need to take my own advice.LOL.

Change to 5 small meals per day and walk for 30 minutes week 1 adding 15 minutes each week untill week 4.

Continue with small meals mixing up the simple exercises keeping your 60 minute totals. Get a calendar and a red marker crossing out the days you hit each goal.

60 x marks the spot and you will be a different person!
