Could i lose my belly in a month and a ??!


Question: hi, i was just wondering if i work out like 5 days a week and eat only 1,000 calories (healthy foods) could i get a flat tummy? i have a little pudge and im going to florida in march and i want to look good.

YES.. you will def. get a flat stomach doing all that. by your picture it looks like you just wanna tone up so eating healthy and exercising will def. help you

run then ride stationary bike right after...cut out all fried foods breads load up on veg and fruit drink water like mad You will become a fat burning machine in 2 weeks

I think 1,000 calories is too low but I don't know how much you weight. It's recommended that you don't go under 1,200 calories for anyone. But what I would recommend is increasing your protein intake, adding a lot more weight training to your regimen (muscle burns more cals than fat) and training your abs twice a week. A really 12 week program to follow is bodyforlife. Look up the book and buy it. It tells you exactly what to do and you can completely transform your body in just 12 weeks. For the food part I would track my calories but I would make sure I add a lot of protein to my diet. If you do all this you can definetely decrease your body fat% therefore eliminating your pudge. I'm sure you will be able to tell a difference in 6 weeks. Hope it works!
