How can I lose 12 pounds in one month w/o exercising. Best answer get 10 points !


Question: I am 155 pounds, 5'6, 27 years old. I need to lose this weight. How many calories should I eat in one day to lose 12 pounds in one month? I work 2 full time jobs 85 hours a week and have 3 kids under 5 so i don't' have time to exercise. Please help me. Any advice will be helpful. God Bless.

It's practically impossible. Here's why.
Without any extra exercise, Your body needs about 1800 calories a day to function.
You have to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 pound.
Multiply 3500 by 30 and you need to burn 42000 calories in a month.
If you multiply 1800 calories by 30, you need 54000 calories in a month just to function normally. That leaves you only eating 12000 calories for the month. Divided by 30 leaves you with a diet of 400 calories a day. That would be like eating only 3 slices of bread a day.
So yeah, its probably not going to happen but, good luck with it anyways.

You can lose weight without exercising the same way I lost over 35 pounds. Eat only tuna and drink only water. You can lose 12 pounds in 2 weeks. Then when you go back to eating normally, stay away from junk food and sweets. Eat fish, chicken, salads, vegetables, moderate amount of fruit and whole wheat bread. Remember to always drink lots of water, it helps. Eat 6 small meals a day. Good luck.

Seriously, there's no feasible way for you to do this without some real effort. And it's not feasible to lose 12 in a month anyway! The recommended healthy weight loss rate is 1 or 2 lbs per week.That requires both dietary changes and exercise. Changing your diet without adding some exercise will only kill your metabolism and ensure that the weight you might lose doesn't stay off.

So considering your plan, it is much easier to simply cut off your limb.

3500 calories is one pound, so you have to lose 42,000 calories, and that's 1,400 calories a day for 30 days. You'd practically have to stop eating to cut back on 1,400 calories a day.

Methamphetamine would do the trick. The side effects are pretty wicked, though. After a while the paranoia sets in..........you start getting those little tweeker sores on your face......your teeth fall out.....But hey!.....you'll be skinny!
