Should i take a nap b4 i do my worrkout?!

10 lunges 50 crunches
10 push-ups
10 squats per leg
30 sec wall sit
^2 minutes of jumping jacks

if you are tired you can, otherwise don't worry about it... not a bad workout you have going, try working up in numbers as you become more fit, or adding to the list
there is nothing bad with taking a nap before your workout, if you are tired it may be beneficial do what your body tells you to do........
