I would say if you want to lose it and keep it off, 16 aka 2 lbs a week, maybe 20 tops if you are really strict. I have the same problem! but i only have 7 weeks! I'm going on a cruise and I really need to drop some pounds! good luck!
I have been on the Medifast plan for about a month now. You eat 6 meals a day that include 5 Medifast meals plus one meal consisting of lean protein and vegetables. The Medifast meals consist of soups, shakes, bars, puddings, and oatmeals. After a couple days I wasn't hungry in-between meals, and I've lost weight.
Medifast claims that you lose 2-5 pounds a week, I don't know if that sounds like much to you or not, but that means you could lose a healthy amount of weight in 8 weeks. Good luck to you!
to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.
Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit.
Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon and a fruit.
Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.
no eating after 7pm !!
do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day.
Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.
Ride a treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day and that should do it. Make sure you do this through out the day not all at once.
Try this for 8 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.
I know you will loose at least 16-18 pounds if you stick to it.
