My triceps is weaker than my biceps and my chest too?!


Question: Tricep pushdown 120 of 12 reps
Biceps 35 each side
Chest 150 of 12 reps

I am 5.7,162-170 but look so small when i workout in the gym,people in my gym are mostly 6.1 or 6.2 and atleast 250 lbs.I am so weak what should i do about it.It would be good if someone in my range could answer my question.

good diet 1st of all. secondly i would add optimum nutrition gold standard 100%whey post abotu 30min after cell mass(add BCAA to it for best results). just keep working your triceps, some areas will be weaker than others. do tricep extensions, skull crushers,close grip bench press and tricep dips. i do triceps same day as biceps and try to alternate between tri and bi excercises(keeps them fairly equal and gives me something to do between sets of biceps or triceps instead of taking a break)your triceps arent real weak though , i wouldnt worry too much about them.

the problem is with the type of exercise you are doing and your diet. you need to consult a trainer for the exercises, but for your diet- if you are not putting on pounds you need to eat more protein and carbs. this doesn't mean eat pizza. you need good clean food like lean steak, yams, asparagus, ect. and you need to eat small amounts of food (6 oz) about 7 times a day. also, vitamin supplements can really help. a good active vitamin complex, and chromium (works so well). some people are naturally more skinny, so if you want the big tough guy look you are going to have to step up your game and put some real work into it.
