Are soya products really healthy? I heard that certain kinds are really bad for !

Load of old processed rubbish.Stick to (as best you can) food that we're supposed to be eating ie as natural and organic as you can.

A friend of mine found that the problems with arthritis of the knees dissapeared completely when she stopped having Soya milk

We should be staying away from the soy. It's harsh on the body. So it's not a good idea.

Soya milk can be beneficial to people with IBS as it calms the gut. It is also a good way to get your daily calcium if you are on a dairy free diet. As to other soya products, I'm unsure.
