Ok, if you are going to start strength training, I just thought i should tell you that you need about 1 gram of protein for every pound that you weigh. Do not just eat eggs, but still include them in your diet. If you want to gain a lot of strength, you do not need to worry about how much cholesterol is in the eggs. I would recommend eating a lot of chicken breast and steak. Yes, that is right; you need to eat steak. If you cannot get all the right food, just go to a health food store and buy Whey Protein, and take it daily. This way, you will be sure to ingest enough protein.

I think you're only supposed to eat about 6 eggs a week because they have a lot of cholesterol.

Well depending on how you cook then if you eat them with a yoke of any kind(Scrambled, over easy, ect.) It has alot of fats and can be very unhealthy eventually but if you just have the whites then you are just eating protein but dont eat too much!

try egg beaters.

that's a lot of cholestrol...but if you're working you'll gain more protein than you would cholestral...

Parents are in their uppers 80s, still eating two pouched eggs a day, and still raising Hell.

So there you go.

Exercise hard, eat right, die anyways. At least enjoy it.

Worry about cholesterol if you are fat. Otherwise two eggs is perfectly fine.

If your`e not worried about cholesterol then go ahead, you can also have as many egg whites as you like. For even higher protein I suggest you take whey powder as well(if your`e not already doing so).
