You do physical exercise?If so what and how long?!


Question: I do exercise. Typical workout session x1 a day is 25 minutes either treadmill (hills level 15-17 at speed 4.0; sometimes I run) or bike. Then do about 25 minutes of weights and cool down with anywhere from 15-30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical.

cardio for 15 minutes, weight training for an hour and 15.

I should start.

I run about 5 miles a day, it takes about 45 minutes.

Yes - 30 min of cardio every morning, and up to 90 min of resistance training 5 nights week.

as of the past few weeks i've been working out 5 days a week. I change it up every day and every week but to give you an idea here is what i did this week
thursday - dips, dumbbell press, push ups
wednesday - dumbbell bicep curls
tuesdays - lower abs
monday - dips, close grip push ups, and tricep extensions
sunday - upper abs

basically the last about an hour when i do it.

cardio-15 to 30 minutes.
weights 20 times, 3 repetitions.
usually stays in the gym for 1 and a half or 2 hrs at most.
just twice or thrice a week.
