Which protein shake do you recommend whey soy or egg?!


Question: I recommend whey. Soy and egg do not mix well and it gets pretty disgusting/chunky when mixing with milk or even water. Whey mixes well and is less chunky. I've used all three types, and I found that I got the best results with whey. I recommend Nytrowhey or CytoPro.

Whey energy drink works for me.

Both soy and egg combined. It's best to get protein sources from a variety.

Depends on what you are trying to get out of it. For building muscle, soy is damn near useless. As far as bioavalability, egg protein has the highest, as well as all of the essential amino acids. Whey has a high bioavailability as well.
